It was the height of the Covid Pandemic and there would never be another gift of time in my lifetime. I said to myself,  “One day or Day one”, and decided that it was time to fulfill my dream and that there will always be excuses but I didn’t want to live with regrets.

I am Nicole A. Wildman, born in San Jose, CA but raised in rural Minnesota. I grew up knowing nothing in life was easy and that you have to make the most of the hand that you are dealt. Small town life was never for me, after high school I joined the US Army as an Information Systems Analyst.  I am most proud of being able to have served my Country. Since exiting the military, I have been working as a government contractor in the IT field. I have held positions ranging from Watch Officer, Team Lead, Integration Engineer, System Administrator and Systems Engineer. During this time, I’ve learned that supporting people is key to a successful mission. Education, career growth, acknowledgement, incentives and appreciation are all ways of supporting people; these key elements are where AC2ED Solutions was born.

I am a firm believer in having a work-life balance. Outside of work I have many hobbies. I love coaching and found great happiness for many years being a CrossFit coach. I worked hard to gain my Level 2 certification, but had to take off that hat for a while, as I’ve shifted my focus to pursuing my next dream. You can find me on any given day hiking in the Shenandoah, white water rafting in WVA or on the beaches of the Outer Banks.

I also enjoy spending time with my family including my four dogs. Traveling to field hockey games, working out, cooking, and reading; which lately seems to be mostly audiobooks, as finding time that is free and quiet has become quite rare.
